We are on a journey to become the first port of call for small – medium sized businesses who want to raise funds to grow

What Is Our Goal?

  • To create a virtual incubator that provides existing businesses with:
  • Easy access to funders willing to finance small-medium businesses
  • Automated business planning and forecasting tools for businesses seeking > $250k to
  • Cost-effectively plan and model their business
  • Access experts who can plug knowledge gaps
  • Determine actual readiness and appetite to grow and proceed

    • We are building funding partnerships across the capital spectrum (debt, equity and government funding) and aim to offer funders comprehensive investment information in a format tailored to their decision-making criteria allowing efficient due diligence and confident, quick funding decisions

Byron Bay-based group of passionate entrepreneurs with the drive and right skill set to collaborate with you and to deliver on our goal! Our founding team includes:

Where Are We Today?

We are at proof of concept stage and working with:

Businesses – to test our business modelling and planning process, to deliver well-designed and if appropriate, funding-ready, plans; and

Funders – to test outputs deliver all the right funding decision-making criteria in an “easy to action” format

Communities – Small business experts in the Byron area to test the willingness of local businesses to pay for additional help to plug knowledge gaps and to engage more broadly in general SME funding discussions

We hope to have the first iteration of our platform available online by early 2019.
